1753 S Burlington Blvd, Burlington“Went today as a trial after thinking about it for a really long time. Just getting in is an adventure if you don't already belong. Just knock and someone will come let you in. The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and got me squared away. I was able to try the cycling class and the stretch class. I have terrible knees and honestly didn't feel any pain and for the first time they didn't make sounds when I moved them. Drink lots of water and bring a little sweat towel for your face! Initial sign up costs a bit but the monthly isn't bad at all. Do read how long the actual contract is for. Takeaways: the workout is great and feels great on sore muscles and joints but paying the start up is pretty spendy (not saying it's not worth it)“
