Allow me to preface this by admitting that I am insanely picky when it comes to services, and I believe in the significance of honest reviews. My recent experience with Niko was nothing short of exceptional. I had a moldy caulking situation with my tub, a job that, in theory, I could have handled myself. However, having attempted it before with less than satisfactory results, I was hesitant. From the moment Niko arrived and assessed the situation, I was impressed. He provided thorough information about the issue, explained what needed to be done, discussed costs, outlined the timeline, and walked me through the entire process. I felt incredibly informed and confident, a rare and invaluable experience. Expressing my reluctance to tackle the task, Niko empathized and assured me he'd handle it. Despite it being a small job with minimal profit for his company, he recognized my plea and demonstrated a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. What sets Niko apart is not just his technical expertise but his genuine care for his clients. Later, I discovered Niko's extensive contributions to the community, a testament to his character. His attention to detail was evident when he resolved an additional issue with my tub flange and took care of caulking around my faucet and knob for hot and cold water. What amazed me was that he remembered this detail from the initial visit to the final one. The end results are nothing short of perfection. “Great service, from the first phone call to the last hug goodbye. Oliva General Contracting made it happen. We did a complete renovation from top to bottom, new kitchen, new 1 and half bathroom (including new tub, tiling, and niche), laundry room, raising ceilings, widening doorways, new flooring, new lighting, new plumbing... Basically a whole house remodel. We had open communication and a smooth transaction throughout it all. Yasmany was honest, helpful, and a true professional.
