Judy and I are very happy with the approach and results by 1364 Services to renovate our master and guest bathrooms.
We appreciated the full-service team approach from design and materials procurement to tear down, rebuild and final commission. The project was well managed and worked by very capable trades. There were no unreasonable service gaps, nor unwarranted extras.
Throughout we were fully engaged in design, material and construction decisions, and received many good ideas that you should expect from an experienced team.
We have future renovation plans and will be using 1364 Services again.
Great experience with 1364 Services. We had a flooring project with them on very short notice, with tight deadlines and strict strata requirements, and they handled it flawlessly.
The whole team was professional, responsive, easy to work with, and kept everything moving under pressure despite setbacks. The installation turned out excellent and was completed very quickly, despite unforeseen floor prep, major leveling requirements, and a supplier product mix-up.

This kitchen has been a long time coming and I cannot be more thrilled with the way it turned out. The 1364 team was so attentive throughout the whole process and so transparent around the approach, cost and scheduling. I really appreciated how quick they have been to respond to everything. From the initial ask for a quote to the schedule updates. We loved it so much we are looking at other projects to add to our house with them. Highly recommend!
