I wish I could give Home Service Specialsts TEN STARS!
The front porch and steps on my Bothell home were collapsing and needed to be replaced. When I saw HSS's high ratings, I called to get a bid. Raphael was friendly and professional and the written proposal was straightforward and transparent.
I have worked with many contractors and companies in my past 25 years of renovations. From start to finish, my experience with Home Service Specialists was by far the most pleasant- the crew worked through very stormy, wet weather yet they were almost always smiling and/or laughing. We are so happy with the work that Home Service Specialists did to replace our Trex deck and walkways. The craftmanship was impeccable. Raphael was so great to work with and came up with some suggestions that we liked and that we incorporated. We know that this deck will survive an earthquake! Our new walkways are beautiful and add so much more class to the landscaping.
