EC Hardwood Flooring can provide any service related to hardwood flooring. They are experts at helping the customer understand their existing floor and condition while helping the customer navigate through the myriad of choices and decisions which need to be made. George prefers to personally meet with all his customers prior to estimating so he can provide his expertise and guidance for the best outcome. Customers had a very positive experience with the company during the estimate process. They were courteous, punctual, and highly professional. George and his crew refinished all the floors in a house and installed some vinyl plank. They did an amazing job. They are very professional and courteous. George and the crew did an amazing job installing hardwood, making sure the new wood are the same as the old ones, doing the lacing so that after sanding it becomes seamless. After a water leak caused warping, George’s expert opinion saved the customer money by recommending drying and sanding instead of a rip/replace job. Another customer highly recommends George without hesitation, noting this was the third time using his team. When a DIY project went sideways, George found time quickly to help with tile installation, showing precision with tiny tile cuts. George even went above and beyond to help get a new vanity into the powder room. Overall, the team is very professional with very reasonable prices.
George and Peter did great work on our damaged kitchen floor! We had water damage from leaking refrigerator and the people who cut out the flooring to dry it out threw away the pieces. Turns out they don’t make that flooring anymore. We thought we would have to replace the entire kitchen floor. But no! George and Peter showed how they could remove flooring from a closet and use that to repair the damage. Then they did a beautiful job of putting another type of wood floor into the closet. I had a very positive experience with this company during the estimate process. They were courteous, punctual, and highly professional. They arrived on time, carefully assessed the work, answered all my questions, and provided a competitive quote without any pressure.
Unfortunately, I had an urgent need to get the flooring repaired and had to move forward with another contractor who was able to start immediately. That said, I truly appreciated this company’s responsiveness, professionalism, and respectful approach. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional flooring company.
