Howie and his worker who was also very good had to Install 7 Windows, all on the second floor of our home. Three of the windows were over 6 feet high and about 4 ft. wide. Their experience showed through as they efficiently removed the old windows and installed the new ones from the interior of the house. Before they began they covered the floors and when finished thoroughly cleaned up including the windows . I highly recommend Quick Fix Glass and Mirror.“

Everything from sending a person to evaluate and take measurements, to taking a second look at the job to get the details right, to the finished job was professional, accurate, and on time. “I contracted Sound Siding to replace old, degraded LP siding with hardie plank on my chimney and ended up having them redo the siding on the south facing side of my home where I'd had some previous water damage as well. Their original chimney quote was competitive and they took care to ensure details such as the flashing and a new drip edge were properly installed. When requested to expand the job they worked with me on timing and costs to come to an agreement. The attention to detail in splash guards, quality paint for the weather and a long history of dealing with Western Washington weather patterns was outstanding. The onsite crew were professional, hard working and pleasant - always willing to discuss what they were working on and show me the progress. “My experience with Puget Sound Window and Door was impressive. Nate was my first contact and he proved to be a Project Manager with great knowledge and passion for the products he represents. Another reason for his success is due to his clear and exceptionally prompt communication skills. Once I made a decision to order a fiberglass custom Therma-Tru entry door, it was installed within 2 months. Everything ran on schedule, as Nate checked in giving updates. The door is beautiful and the quality is extraordinary. I couldn't be happier! My satisfaction is also the result of Dymtri and his apprentice. For starters, they followed in Nate's shoes as being punctual, respectful and friendly. They began the installation by covering both the hardwood floors and nearby furniture. Then, throughout the job they vacuumed to keep the workspace free of debris and dust. Dymtri is very conscientious. He installed the door to perfection. Not only functionally, but took an interest in it aesthically. During the installation, Nate stopped by as a reassurance all was going well. Observing the crew together, there is no doubt they take pride in teamwork. The next day there was a small issue with the door handle that I had purchased through another company. I contacted Nate that morning. He was here within an hour to solve the problem. He called a different installer of the same name, Dymtri, who fixed the problem within minutes.

For all of you 1 star commentators, you get what you pay for in construction, but I will say, in 25 years, even though they are inexpensive, I've never ever had ANY issues with this company. Your one anecdotal experience.....to my 100's of experiences. Be kind and at least give em 2 stars if it was all so horrifying...lol“
