“My 20 year old braided L.L. Bean rug was in need of a wash. Heard through Front Porch Forum to bring it to Lacey's and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable cost for the cleaning. The wait time was 3 weeks, but went by quick and recieved the rug back. Some people mentioned staining or ink removal from their rug, and I honestly couldn't tell. Very pleased with the customer service, rug cleaning and communication.“

“I had a COMPLETELY different experience with Joe and his team. We have had SO MANY ISSUES with UHaul so I would venture to guess that UHaul is the issue. Joe handled moving for us two weekends in a row. We had difficultly finding someone in PA to move us to VT so my husband and family rented several UHauls (did I mentioned that UHaul sucks and we had to move our time with Joe twice?). Joe and his team were amazing. They showed up early, finished in less time and moved in the rain but had a system to ensure our white carpets were not covered in mud. Super hardworking, incredibly kind and respectful. We had not one wall scratch, not one piece of furniture damaged. Definitely book him directly NOT through eMove because did I mention that UHaul is awful?!?“
