We have worked with this flooring company three times now, and every experience has been outstanding! From start to finish, they have consistently provided excellent service, quality products, and professional workmanship.

Jaqui in sales is absolutely amazing! She is patient, extremely informative, and always takes the time to answer questions and help us make the right choices without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

We recently purchased carpet from Essex Flooring Connections and had the pleasure of working with Derek. He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!

The quality of the carpet and installation was excellent, but what impressed us most was the professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Everything Derek told us would happen happened exactly as promised, and we truly appreciated the follow-up to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

This a great local company to work with. Everything about my experience was easy. Derek was very knowledgeable and friendly about the carpet options that are available. Once I made a decision, it didn’t take long to get the carpet installed. Ross showed up this morning and did a great job with the installation. He was friendly, professional and had the carpet installed quickly.. This is now my flooring store of choice. Check them out. You’ll be impressed with the quality and price!
