Spectacular quality and superior superior customer service. Armand is a highly detailed and skilled craftsman. His flooring installations and finishing techniques are the best around. We are more than pleased with the results! Armand Turner was just what we needed. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, competent, neat, and kind. He went above and beyond to get us a solution that worked. He originally came to install pre-finished wood flooring to replace some water damaged boards. However, when he arrived to install them, he told us the flooring that had been ordered wouldn't match, it was a different wood. He took it upon himself to call and make sure the pre-finished flooring could be returned. Then he suggested that the floor be refinished.
