The office staff responded quickly to telephone inquiries, explained who they were, where they were located, what they charged for their service, what their service included. They scheduled the appointment for a specific time, and they actually appeared early for the appointment (and notified me ahead of time that they would be arriving early). The two guys (Luke and Rob) arrived in a well-maintained company truck with a very complete set of tools and equipment. Their work was completed efficiently, and they caught a few unexpected problems that they corrected on the spot. If they were not certain about dealing with what they had found, they explained the issue. If I had no preferences, they were happy to make a recommendation. There were no hidden costs, they provided complete written documentation of what they found, what work they did. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. “Multiple projects were coordinated and scheduled, including re-build of bulkhead door, gutters, sump pump installation and dehumidifier with drain installation. Easily added electrical switch replacement when that went out after contract arranged. The work spanned several months as we were forced to wait for ground thought to complete the sump pump drainage. We were kept well informed along the way as to when workers would arrive, etc. Clean up was excellent.“
