They scheduled the appointment for a specific time, and they actually appeared early for the appointment (and notified me ahead of time that they would be arriving early). The two guys (Luke and Rob) arrived in a well-maintained company truck with a very complete set of tools and equipment. Their work was completed efficiently, and they caught a few unexpected problems that they corrected on the spot. If they were not certain about dealing with what they had found, they explained the issue. If I had no preferences, they were happy to make a recommendation. There were no hidden costs, they provided complete written documentation of what they found, what work they did. They were extremely pleasant to deal with.
