“We are a first time customer. We have a small fireplace which had a cracked brick panel and needed the chimney swept. Luke Bergeron was sent out to evaluate and do an estimate. He measured everything in the fireplace from every direction, returned with the panel we needed, swept the chimney after laying down a drop cloth to keep the carpet clean, removed the bad panel and put in a new one. Unlike many other professionals we have engaged, Luke came in when he said he would, was personable and polite, got right to work, did what he needed to in a professional manner and left. 5 stars isn't enough to commend his service. That would need to at least be doubled. He is a gem, and we are thrilled with him and Brickliners. We will keep the number handy in case we need to use the service again. We usually don't get that kind of service; it was a pleasant surprise and want Luke Bergeron to get an accolade in his personnel file. “These guys painted my house at the end of 2022, it was a large job, they were there for 3+ weeks and I will surely miss them. They were friendly, fair priced, efficient, honest, and they did a phenomenal job removing layers of wallpaper, repairing wall damage, and repainting all surfaces. I got exactly what I was looking for, and the experience was easy and hiccup free. Even my inquisitive puppy had a great time as they worked around him with care.
