“We suddenly had no water pressure today. After some troubleshooting on my own, it was clear that either the wiring to the pump had gone bad or the pump itself had died. I called Spafford. Within 40 minutes they were at our home trouble shooting the problem. Less than an hour later they had determined that the pump had seized up, they replaced it, and had water flowing again like nothing had ever happened! Very friendly guys that happily answered all my questions.If there were six stars, they would have gotten them all. Very impressed!”
