“I have had Gillespie service my on demand hot water heater for years. I also have then delivery my fuel oil. I called to have it done again and something happened it would start back up after the cleaning, new nozzle. The tech called the oil manager/owner Steve Korrow and he sent another tech the next day who is more familiar with my model, but that tech also couldn’t get it going. The tech went back to the office to speak with Steve who called me that same night after hours and told me if I wanted to go electrical he could have a new hot water heater and tech here the next morning. He was true to his word and that tech was professional, enjoyed my dogs and worked to make sure I would have hot water that day!!! This small company is amazing and makes sure the customers are taken care of!!! I want to mention that I also didn’t get charge for having the other two (2) techs here which I don’t know any other company that would have done that because both techs showed up and did work to try and get my old hot water heater going!!! Great customer service, great respond time and professional owner, manager and technicians. Gillespie Fuels for the win!!!“
