Great communication about the arrival time. It would be nice if they said hello or good morning when they arrived. That goes a long way to connect with a client and make them feel comfortable. Instead Jason who had been here before walked right past me to the boiler.
Absolutely excellent service! Arrived within 20 minutes, very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the problem. Got everything fixed in one visit, cleaned up and left the furnace in perfect working condition!
Rowell has always been very responsive, and their service people are a delight. This time I just had my boiler cleaned, but on a previous visit to do a minor repair ,they were quick to respond and did a great job
