Royce had bad attitude .cause had never Been pumped that's not my fault I told him I'm just a renter helping home owner get it done cause she is 70 and has nobody and bad knees and no memory of it being done..he finally calm down soon it started to clear out and pump but to start as not very nice .ty ron
Bruce Bryan was the technician that serviced our septic system today. Bruce was polite, engaging and most importantly technically competent. He was able to identify the problem, was equipped with all the necessary replacement parts and tools required to do the job efficiently, and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to rectify the problem. I sold industrial control my entire career and was very impressed with Bruce’s experience and customer interactive skills. If I was still running my company I would hire Bruce in a heartbeat. One of the best technicians I have ever worked with.
