“These people are the best! They have always done a good job for us. But this time they really hit a home run. I called Thursday morning to tell them our gas boiler was down. We had been without our main heat source and hot water since Tuesday morning. We thought it was a fuel issue. By Thursday afternoon we had a visit from David who discovered we needed new parts. They were ordered and came in today, Friday, probably late in the afternoon. We prepared for the coldest weekend of the year, but David came at 5:30 and installed the new parts.
