Had sharp lower back pain for days. In the past, gentle stretching, rest, Tylenol, castor oil packs, tiger balm pain patches helped. Not so much this time. Wasn't sure if I needed a chiropractor or something else. VTI was something else. After reading some reviews of VTI Bodywork, I called Eric.He could see me the next day.I didn't know what to expect. But I knew what to not expect because Eric told me. I should not expect to be all oiled up for a relaxing massage.Amongst the layers of fascia is where the work is done. Pressure, moving tissue around is part of it. Eric's touch is vigorous but gentle. Your fascia, tissue, muscles tell his hands where to go and what to do. From time to time, he will ask you to move a little to get to a place where he get can stretch and relax the fascia.I stood up straighter when we were done. Pain was lessoned.I've gone back for another session.
I've done two sessions with Joann and she has provided relief and improvement in areas where my past therapist could not. She is thoughtful and innate with her work and her technique is strong.
Dr. Galotti is the freaking best. So incredibly knowledgeable and good at what she does. I “threw my back out” while pregnant doing very simple things like walking up steps and couldn’t really even waddle faster than a snail without a good amount of pain. One visit from her meant I could waddle much faster. I’ve gone to her ever since for a couple years now for various things and each time I feel 1000% better, plus she’s just a joy to be around. Highly recommend.
I have had many different massage practitioners in the past but none quite as unique and helpful as Jared Green. He listened to my concerns before beginning, explained what caused the issue and how he would address it, and then proceeded to do just that. I appreciated how little he talked during the massage and the exercise suggestions he gave me when it was over. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommended him to others.

This was my first massage with Rebecca. Rebecca asked a couple of questions and tailored my message to how I answered those questions. The temperature of the room, the table, and the calming music were perfect. The massage was excellent. Just the right amount of pressure was applied to work out some kinks but not too painful to not be able to enjoy the massage. I will be calling Rebecca again, soon.
Steve has been fantastic to work with. He’s passionate about design and he’s developed great ideas based on our goals. He’s meticulous in his drawings and 3D renderings, so we got a good sense for the end result and we could be confident in our decisions. I have had acupuncture from at least 6 practitioners over the years. Throw in chiropractic, stretching (Inversion) massage, rolphing and others in pursuit of pain relief. (don't forget conventional medicine, with approximately 20 operations on knees, hip, low back, c and t spine. Racked up 15 fused vertebra and a dose of MERSA after one.So, I hoped for some temporary relief when I discovered acupuncture was covered by my insurance.Suzanne Bliss had a professional, and calming demeanor. The practice is clean, well stocked, and offers a wide variety of treatments. After the first treatment, I saw immediate and drastic improvement. With 10 fused vertebrae in my neck, my range of movement drastically improved. Pain was lessened remarkably.Now heading into my 4th week, I continue to have sustained, long-lasting results, far beyond what I expected, and thought possible! Do your self a favor and schedule a visit.

I called and got an appointment for a couple days later when I got my hair cut layered and colored and I bought some colored shampoo and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it with everything that I got done. The lady who did my hair I believe her name is Sherry or Cheryl I think it's Sherry she did a fantastic job on my hair I highly recommend going to the salon

TimberHomes Vermont built us two kiosks for our hiking trails. They did the extra work to get us some uncommon rot-resistant wood, delivered and helped unload at our barn, both kiosks fit together perfectly as promised, and they look stunning. Their staff was also very responsive and on standby in case we had any issues. This was a very pleasant experience all around.
Had a wonderful reflexology foot massage with Angela. If you haven’t had one, make the time. Well worth your time! Get a burst of energy after along with feeling relaxed. I booked another one, in 2 weeks.

Completely blown away by Oliver's work! We hired Green Mtn EcoFloors to refinish 25 yr old wood floors and blend in/finish new wood floors that were installed as an extension to the old floors. Oliver was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in talking us through our options for finishes. He was also incredibly prompt in being able to get us scheduled! We are so beyond happy with the end product - the floors blend in so perfectly you can't tell where the old boards end and the new board begin. The finish is just stunning as well - really accentuates the natural grain and tones of the wood. Highly recommend Green Mountain Eco Floors.

Wendy Halley is an intuitive and gifted healing facilitator and the time spent in the EG Machine has helped me find deep peace and long lasting comfort in my body.Her center is calming, she’s brilliant, her books and Podcasts are thought provoking and her down to earth demeanor put a smile on your face.I highly recommend Lucid Path.
Very bucolic, simple cemetery - the biggest in Montpelier. A square plot, surrounded by trees. I'm not a cemetery guy, but this one deserves some 'old-timey', hallowed "yelping!".. ... Nestled next to the N. branch of Winooski River. Pedestrians amble. Old grave markers of all shapes, sizes are still visible, though overgrown by grass and trees. It's accessible with few benches near where the meadow meets the sidewalk. Town Officer Ezra Marsh, is buried here since ca. 1874- something ish. Hollowed grounds in a low-valley part of a living neighborhood, next to the river in old Montpelier. Forget private entrances - this shaded gully has what it meant, back in the day, to be accessible and communal to folks of all walks. Mountaineers and poets alike, are buried here. Holy grounds! I love this nail salon! Summer always does an excellent job. She puts so much care into her work and I really appreciate that. I love that I can tell her I want a French manicure and she will suggest something really cool like dark maroon tips and a gold line. My nails come out great every time! Highly recommend.

I've had many peircings, body mods, and one tattoo and as long as you talk to them about what you want specifically and you use after care like you're supposed too then everything will work out and you'll be fine. I've never had a piercing get infected and I have a few exotic piercings. It's all about the aftercare!!!
If you like mat Pilates, you will love doing Pilates on a Reformer. Unlike mat, the reformer makes it easier to maintain proper form and precisely target muscles and muscle groups. In the middle of an exercise a simple cue from Willow or Kaaren can transform your understanding of what you are doing, what you are working, and what you should be thinking about. In the middle of an exercise--an exercise that you've done a million times before, a prompt to make a subtle change or adjustment (in your mind or body) and...a light bulb pops on. You feel it. You feel something you haven't felt before. You feel Joe Pilates smiling down on you. I love this place. PS Essential has five reformer machines. Reserve 'em while you can. Just don't take my machine. Mine is the one in the back flanked by two others.

Most everyone I Met were very cool. Decent looking enough surroundings. Only issue I have is that they allow a known THIEF, who Stole from a VFW & it's Veteran's, in to their establishment to drink and socialize with other Veteran's.

Esme is amazing and talented. She was so patient with me while drawing a perfect sunflower for myself, my mom, and my great aunt. The experience with Esme was quite unique and peaceful. She made us calm and relax. Impressed and appreciated with the studio and its atmosphere. I would love to come back for another tattoo with Esme.
My family and I are so grateful for the support we received from Guare's when my brother died in a tragic accident. I was making arrangements from 1500 miles away with Jon while local family were working with Will on other things needing to be addressed. Gracious, kind, responsive, respectful and supremely cooperative are words that barely begin to describe our experience with them in a traumatic situation.
