We had a house fire in January 2024, My wife and I went to Fecteau and ordered a new home with all our options on March 15th 2024. The new home was delivered June 3rd, and everything was just as ordered. Perfect. Special thanks to Dan Fecteau, Garrett, Ashley, in the office... And Devon, Kevin, Dima, Jason, and Jim Breer in support. We couldn't be happier, the entire experience was made easy in a time of stress.. I give my highest recommendation to Dan and the rest of the team at Fecteau Homes. From the moment I set foot in their office, they were consistently friendly, responsive, and informative. As a first-time home builder, I felt like they gave me all the tools I needed to confidently zero in on a plan that suited what I was envisioning in my head as well as the budget that I was working with. At no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch on ANY aspect of the process - this is a zero-pressure group that leaves you comfortably in the driver's seat. Before reaching out to the Fecteaus, I had explored other modular dealers and been left wanting, and when I saw all the glowing reviews online for Fecteau Homes, I had a good feeling that they would be different. I'm happy to report after having worked with them that all those five star reviews were borne out in my own experience, and I'm happy to include my own recommendation among the praise for this great group of true professionals.
