About The Informed Body Massage Therapy Studio
Vermont Integrative Bodywork offers Rolf Method Structural Integration, a corrective and lasting approach to treating chronic pain, increasing range of motion, and improving posture. This series of fascial release bodywork sessions aims to correct compensation patterns in the entire body by opening stuck tissues and releasing fascial restrictions. Clients have reported significant relief from chronic pain, improved flexibility, and better posture after experiencing this unique approach. The practitioner uses a vigorous yet gentle touch to target areas of tension, working with clients to stretch and relax their fascia and muscles. Many clients have felt lighter and released decades of built-up pain, especially from old injuries. The focus on corrective bodywork has helped individuals with issues like bulging discs, scoliosis, and injuries from car accidents to achieve better mobility, breathing, and overall well-being. Visitors frequently leave feeling as if they are walking on soft, gentle clouds, with a renewed sense of ease and comfort.
I can move my neck now.
One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I felt lighter and even more in tune with my body afterwards. Will be back!
I was only able to see Eric a couple of times while visiting the area but I really wish I had time for more sessions. He helped me understand what was going on with my jaw (TMJ) and really softened the tense muscles. He has a lot of experience and is a good problem solver to help figure out what’s going on and how to relieve it.
