“We were referred to Fitzgerald Plumbing and Heating from a local appliance store. My finance called and had made an appointment within 2 days. Bob and Orion came and installed our new dishwasher. Super friendly and down to earth guys. They found that there was no electrical outlet underneath the sink and stayed longer to install that! Now, we are up to code. Bob treated us like family and is the man we will be calling back in the future.“

“Yankee has helped me with boiler leaks, toilets, sink issues, etc.

Recently they installed a new boiler. I had a hard deadline to get it done before selling my house. They were able to fit me in and Adam and Kyle were great to have in the house and worked around my schedule showing the house to prospective buyers.

Tammy was great getting back to me quickly to get scheduled, etc.

“Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later). He unfortunately couldn't fix it as it was out of his purview, but he gave me details about which companies could, and which of those he'd recommend. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok and had gotten help with my issue, which I really appreciated.“

“Kind of late in summer season to have our AC inspected under our annual service contract but do want to note we appreciated the inspection and service to assure us everything working fine. He was professional, courteous and thorough inspecting and cleaning system and explained how everything was working. I’d recommend Chuck’ s. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait til spring for heating system service and Chuck’s will schedule that before winter.“
