Hiring Fitzgerald Plumbing and Heating to replace my hot water tank was a great decision. Bob was super responsive and professional throughout, and did an awesome job on the tank replacement. He's a straight shooter and transparent in his quote / price. I'll definitely call him again the next time I have any plumbing or heating work that needs to be done.

Bob & his apprentice worked fast and efficient and were able to install a new hot water heater - expansion tank and change s value in just shy of 3 hours . It was the first time we had something major done to our home we recently purchased in the chaos of 2020. I purchased my own hot water heater and Bob was able to work with The HTP I bought it out of state which saved us a couple thousand - also Bob new where I could of purchased a used one if I didn’t already have one. He is a master plumber and didn’t over talk or try to sell you anything you didn’t need - it was refreshing to have that. I called Bob in a panic because I had no heat or hot water. He said he was booked out but he’d try to troubleshoot with me! It took us just a few minutes to figure out the problem, why it happened and how to keep it from happening again! Off to call an electrician to get the wiring changed! Great service and great guy!
