“I went in today for help with a very stiff and sore back. I met Lacy and she was incredible. She really knew what she was doing and was a huge help! I feel so much better. I think im going to start doing this regularly now :)”
“I just had an amazing massage with Youness Daifi. I am muscular and he has the strength and knowledge needed to work on my tightness. He is very consultative, often checking in to see if the pressure is right. He was on time, gave me the full 90 minutes that I booked (actually, a little longer), and was very professional throughout. I am very glad to have found him and will add him to my wellness team.”
“I work in the trades and lift weights as a hobby. Rick is the man, he has helped me with tendinitis in my arms and my back locking up from overuse. Therapeutic and deeply relaxing.”
