We took the 2-day hospital birth class with Rachel and are so glad we did. She is so kind and her teaching style is very engaging. The content was practical and informative, and every topic was covered thoroughly and openly without judgement. We especially appreciated learning about how support partners can be included throughout the entire process. We're leaving the class feeling empowered, confident, and excited about having a baby. Highly recommend for first time parents!

I think there is also good information for the spouses to think about and whether they choose to use that information or not. It gives a better idea of what the whole birth journey is all about,...read full review
