I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The people are friendly and the coaches greet you by name when you walk in the door. The whole atmosphere at CrossFit B.O.B. radiates positivity! The workout programming is stellar, the coaches know exactly how to encourage you where you’re at and yet push you to do more. If you want finish every workout with a smile on your face, this is the place for you!

Dropped in while visiting the area … and I can honestly say this is one of the best boxes I’ve ever seen! Jim immediately answered my online request to drop in and greeted me the next day within moments of walking in the door. This is the only CrossFit gym I’ve been to that was constructed from the ground up with CrossFit in mind. It was literally built for CrossFit and it shows. The place was immaculate and all the equipment was in great shape. Several of the members greeted me and the workout was amazing. My partner Brian (a coach) carried me through it and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend dropping in or joining this gym. You will not be disappointed.
