I moved to VA and needed a new Stylist. I went to Bubbles and met Deanna. She is very sweet. She listened to what I wanted and every time I go there she asks about what I want, am I comfortable, do I need product, etc. We chat openly so it’s fun. My hair looks great. It’s a great experience every time!! Plus you get your Bubble Card which is another perk. Very happy I went to Bubbles!
My niece wanted her hair cut in layers and so we made an appointment at this location. The stylist who cut her hair the first time was not very effective. Hence I called back and asked for a redo. The manager , Gabriella and stylist Kenya were extremely helpful , kind and cooperative . Kenya cut her hair way better than the actual photo she was shown . She was friendly and gave suggestions on how to style her hair. Gabriella , the manager , was very cooperative and empathetic to my niece's unhappiness with the previous haircut .
