Store was not that packed. There was a line of people checking out. I could not find the items I was looking for and the one lady I asked for assistance from told me she was with a client and couldn't help but didnt offer to call someone else to assist. Next time I'll just buy online or just go to another beauty store for what I need. Kindof frustrating considering how much you spend in there.
This location is the nearest one to me and I typically go here all the time. Every time I go, the workers are always asking if I need help with anything! However, I went today around 3:40ish to pick up an online order (which was my first time) and typically whenever you go somewhere to pick up product or food, I provide my name or a receipt (so I was unaware of providing an ID). I will say, shame on me for not scrolling down to the bottom of the page after ordering and seeing the instructions to bring a photo ID.
