“It’s been a while since I’ve been here however I wanted to ensure I gave a review because Paula was truly amazing. I’m thankful for her patience and job well done. As a very particular person- who likes things an exact way due to having OCD it’s challenging finding people who are patient with you, so I usually do my own hair but this particular morning, I didn’t feel up to it so I called caring lofts to give them a try. The name was also helpful in deciding lol because I truly need people who care, to due business with. When speaking to the manager I disclosed that I’m very particular and like things very exact as I express, and nothing different. She was very understanding and paired me with Paula. Paula did exactly what I asked and made sure I was happy with my results. Truly thankful. I have since recommended others to try them. I hope the business continues to thrive and do well. “My niece wanted her hair cut in layers and so we made an appointment at this location. The stylist who cut her hair the first time was not very effective. Hence I called back and asked for a redo. The manager , Gabriella and stylist Kenya were extremely helpful , kind and cooperative . Kenya cut her hair way better than the actual photo she was shown . She was friendly and gave suggestions on how to style her hair. Gabriella , the manager , was very cooperative and empathetic to my niece's unhappiness with the previous haircut . She was eager to do the right thing and cared about our satisfaction. All throughout the process both of them never displayed a hint of negativity, discontent or bad vibes. They wanted to make sure that we were happy .Kudos to both of them for doing such a good job and above all making sure to leave no stone unturned in customer satisfaction . Very rarely seen qualities in today's time ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !“

I took my stepdaughter to Hilay for her senior-year hair, and it was her first time ever coloring her hair. With her long, super-thick hair, I knew we needed someone who would take the time to do it right and Hilay absolutely did not disappoint!

She did a beautiful balayage, shampoo, cut, and blowout, and even took the extra time to curl her hair as a special finishing touch. The results were gorgeous! My stepdaughter was so happy with her hair and felt absolutely beautiful. She loved the experience so much that she said she’ll be going to Hilay forever!

“I’ve used Rita’s twice and I’ve been pleased both times. I particularly enjoy the convenience of a 9pm appointment as I work during the day and don’t want to give up my weekends. The braids are precise, neat, and quick which I love. They have a variety of braiding hair in different colors. I look forward to using Rita’s in the future.“

“I’ve have know Kadi since I was in my early teens. I called earlier to inquire about getting my hair braided since I have short hair. I came into the should around 630/645 and was greeting by all the ladies. I showed Kadi my short hair and she assured me that it can be braided. She had two lovely ladies available who were able to grip my 1 inch hair. And when I tell you these ladies did a BOMB job… they did their thing. I truly appreciate them for taking me same day and executing the hair style also!

I am here to tell you NOONE else has been on her caliber!!! She ask questions to really understand how you are taking care of your hair on your own and then she educates you!! She tells you everything she is doing with your hair and why. Also.... time, you are not there all day, when you are in her chair, the focus is you. She is so fast and efficient, and I DONT HAVE TO DETANGLE OR PREP my hair prior to coming, she does it and she is gentle. Lastly, I do not know how she does it but my natural curls is at its best after seeing her to the point that I didn't even wanna wash it bc I knew it wouldn't look like hers (it didn't but we will get there lol) she also makes clean haircare products for you to check out!
