Excellent grooming and reasonable price. I will go back. Haircut and nail trim along with bath for around $70. I thought it was nice they don't upcharge for various things like the competitor.

Pro: big parking lot, self wash, grooming. Con: only 1 cashier. Originally went to khol to return some Amazon items but pass by this shopping strip and decided to stop in. Upon enter this store we saw some dog toys and then passed by the self dog wash station and a grooming area. We then made our way to the dog food area but weren't able to find a specific company brand we were looking for. We decided to get some dog snacks and made our way to the cashier. There was only one cashier in duty and the line was small at first but then gradually got to atleast 5 people waiting. All in all, an ok place to stop by and have a look around if you have time.

I do not recommend the PetCo in Winchester VA for grooming. I live 35 minutes away from this one and it was the only one with available appointments. I dropped the doggo off at 2pm-- they said it'd be a couple hours. I went back into store at 4pm and they told me he wasn't finished. So I paced and looked around the store. They brought doggo back out so I went to have a look at him and the grooming lady is yelling through the window to tell me to move and that he's not allowed to see me. Before I made an A$$ out of myself, I walked out of the store and walked to my car. As I write this in my car, it is now 4:32 pm.
