“The BEST!!! We moved from TN to VA a year ago, and I was fortunate to have called Bella Rose and spoken with Nancy about our two Bichon Frise's and their special needs in grooming. Nancy took her time talking to me on the phone and was caring and understanding. I made their first appointment and we have been with Sarah ever since! Sarah listens and truly loves her clients. My girls were puppy mill "Mom's" and are very nervous. They are NEVER stressed with Sarah and are meticulously cared for! Bella Rose was the biggest blessing to our move to Winchester! We love them and could not be happier!!!! :)“
