She not only got the results we were hoping for, but we know she treated him like her own and with tons of love. At our turnover, which they happily made work with our schedules, Sydney walked us through everything, answered all of our questions and Ranger showed off all his hard work. We are now able to communicate with him so much better outside and off-leash. Sydney helped us understand how ecollars work and de-bunked and negative association we use to have.
