“As I live very close I thought I would give this neighborhood business the opportunity to win my long term business if needed in the future. I diagnosed the issue that my Heat Pump Solenoid failed, The unit was only a couple of years old and I had no idea who installed it since we bought the house new. I could have replaced this myself but thought I better not so as not to affect the limited 5 year warranty the system has. I let them know what I suspected the issue was. Mr. Veney was actually in the office the day I walked over to talk to them. We discussed the neighborhood and he was very nice and told office staff to set up service for me that day since I was so close.
