Imagine - 4 pm on July 3 and a dangerous heatwave and AC not cooling. I called NNM and my AC was repaired and cooling by 6 pm!! Unbelievable fast response time and very professional service. So thankful for this company.
NN Mech is responsive and keeps me cool in the summer and warm in the winter!
The technician came out after hours. Were there very quick to respond. Unfortunately my unit was not able to be saved. But they installed a new unit at a great price. Believe me, unfortunately I have had to buy 3 other units for other homes and they were best price by far. It was in the winter right before a deep freeze was supposed to hit. They had me up and running within days. Been using the unit for over a year now with no issues. The unit works great!! Very pleased with their friendly service.
