Had settling issues in laundry room. The crew, Sammy, Alejandro, Rony and Allan removed the floor and joists and installed the basic floor. Reinforced the rest of the crawl space installing 10 jacks, for additional joist supplemental support along the centerline. Then installed 2 sump pumps, repaired some leaking lines and encapsulated the entire crawl space. Throughout the week they were here they arrived promptly, kept the area clean. During the crawl through, I was amazed at their work. Great job. Highly recommend this if you are in need.

This was our first time using Virginia foundation solutions and we’ve had a wonderful experience. From the time Mikey came to give us quote and get our job scheduled the customer service was excellent! When Miguel came to start work on our foundation he was polite and explained everything he was doing along the way keeping us at ease. His green team Arileyson and Jacobo made it seem like there wasn’t even major foundation repair being done to our home the way they kept everything so clean and organized! We recently used VFS to install an interior french drain and sump pump in our finished lower level. The "purple crew" was assigned to our job and they were fabulous!!! They were timely, neat, respectful and hardworking. We are very happy with the job they did.
