I bought a town home from Corinth Residential in 2021 & it has been like taking on a part-time job having to oversee multiple repairs. Nice design but builder grade materials & poor craftsmanship. The plantings throughout the development are questionable; Linden trees & oaks at sidewalks' edge, Leyland Cypress &Green Giant Arborvitae planted too close together, not to mention the needlepoint holly that pokes you as you exit your car. Be prepared to pay an HOA to mow your own yard & maintain the downspouts so, not to saturate the ground near the foundation.

I began working for Corinth several months ago. They build quality homes with a long-lasting structure and a wide variety of color selections for a buyer to chose from to customize their home to their own style. I love that they are a family-oriented and family-based business. They care a lot about their employees. I am so happy I chose to work for this great company!
