“It's a office/business that I really cannot judge with much knowledge of there company,the office is under a nice large apartment on 2nd floor.. the owner Tommy Twiddy proprietor of "Ocean Builders "the business "but he is to myself only as my landlord of the last 7& 1/2 years total. Living 1st in pics shown from 3/2015- 3/2018 in attached house apartment 6915 Pecan Lane then moved 3/2018 - to ongoing to the garage apartment behind there home.. .he's very busy ,always ...and at times hard to contact: hence texting works great..so if that's an indicator of his business and rating..I'm sure his company is worth calling and checking out.. otherwise I cannot judge the Twiddys",Ocean Builders" in regards to work done or as hired....but as a landlord for close to 8 years ... he has always been kind and fair.. I'd say call and find out for yourself in regards to the company, or check out there website .“
