I purchased a FULL HVAC install and they forgot to hook up some wires that would allow the system to work. I called them to come finish the install so the system would work probably and they want to charge me an additional $300+ to basically finish the install properly which I had already paid for. They sent a service guy and he said he had to charge me $96 for the visit and if I wanted him to hook up the wires that should have already been hooked up during the install, then that would call me an additional $300+. If I could give a negative stars rating I would. I was put in touch with SHIP inc through my home warranty. When I finally received a phone call from this contractor I was given a week out appointment. Somewhat understandable since this is the summer and A/C units typically have problems. Day of appointment I receive a phone call stating that the technician assigned to my route has a family emergency and that they have to cancel all of his appointments and there is no one to cover his route.
