Even though this was a troubleshoot / diagnosis for my old unit issues James took the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail on what my issue was. Now I already knew with this unit my time was soon to be since it’s 2005 but James did not pressure me in anyway and took the time to break everything down in detail . I have used rescue air both to repair my old system and then to install an entirely new system. They have always been very quick to respond. They gave me a great price on the new system, and the technicians and installers were pleasant and professional. I felt very bad for the installers because the installation was on an extremely hot day and ended up running a lot longer than expected because of issues with the new thermostat I had purchased. But they were very good about troubleshooting the thermostat and getting my new system working. I've recommended them to several friends and will continue to recommend them.
