As a former PetSmart employee I find this place to be one of the best places to bring your pet. From the care that is provided as well as the management and all of the changes and reforms in the way they handle things is top tier compare to a lot of places I have either attended with pets or have worked at. The managers are truly some of the sweetest people you will ever meet, they truly are very understanding and will make sure you and your pet are cared for. We love bringing our 2 pups to PetSuites!! They have the BEST groomer (Ashley) we have ever experienced. Our dogs (both Golden Doodles) have never looked better. They have a fun time playing while they are there as well. We love that they can have a day of daycare and grooming all in one. Cannot recommend enough!! All the staff we have been in contact with have been fantastic!

PetSuites Virginia Beach is our Cavalier Archie’s favorite place & the staff are his favorite people. He has been going there for daycare 2-3 times a week for 2 years. The manager & staff are excellent & very caring. Archie comes home happy & tired from playing & all the attention he gets.
