The staff was so kind and caring. The assistant handled my kitty with love and care and the doctor who visited my cat was friendly and I really appreciate it how he worked to insure my cat was comfortable by letting him inspect instruments and telling him what he was going to do. I loved that!
This was our first time at this veterinary practice and the staff was wonderful to work with! They were able to accommodate our three large dogs for their annual check up at one appointment time! We were able to wait in our car until they called us in through a side door to our room. The staff and vet were thourough with questions and information provided. Took each dog back one at a time for their shots. At check out the staff was friendly. Looking forward to building a relationship with this practice!!
Changed to Acredale because it is close to home and went there prior. The front desk and staff has improved over the last few years following the change in owners. Everyone was very transparent on what pricing and care was. The dental plan is less than the other vet we were going to as well. They weren’t pushy on medicines, foods, or services. Easy to schedule her dental care.
