Mini Split Matt is a small family-owned business servicing Virginia Beach and the surrounding area. This company is the one to choose when in need of a mini split HVAC unit. They are quick to respond and equally quick to get the job done. The team worked together beautifully, removing an old unit and installing a new one. After the job, they cleaned up all debris and provided a tutorial on the new equipment. Service calls are answered in a very timely manner and tended to. The team was great, with installation seamless and painless. Everyone dealt with was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Communication, explanation, and installation were flawless. All work is neat and tidy with no extra costs. The price was 30% less than quoted by a usual HVAC contractor. Installers showed up on time, and the job was done in 4 hours. Unit works great and customers are thrilled with the service.
