The bedroom is separate from the kitchenette, which does not have any equipment, making it suitable for families or groups. Guests have found the suites to be clean and spacious, with a tv in each sleeping area. The hotel provides flexibility with check-out times, allowing guests to leave their cars for a few hours after checkout. The staff, especially Syed, has been described as friendly, helpful, and professional. However, some issues have been noted, such as a constant smell of pot that starts early in the morning and the hot water being out on the first night, which caused a delay in showers. One guest suggested a bigger table for meals instead of a small coffee table by the window. Overall, guests enjoy their time at the beach and appreciate the friendly service, but improvements in housekeeping and amenities could make the stay even better.
Trying to be unbiased here, considering this is one of cheapest beachfront hotels in the area. Its definitely not going to please everyone. lots of defects like broken/ worn appliances and cabinets, sometimes the elevators dont work. Paint, drywall, exterior of the building is far from perfect. My biggest complaints would be the coffee which is absolutely disgusting, and you have to pay extra for wifi. The staff seem to be somewhat careless and unprofessional, but again, its a beachfront hotel for rural prices. The room is really clean as well as the bathroom. Mid size refrigerator was a definite bonus!! Theres plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, sink, and a 2 burner stove. Mattresses definitely need replaced. But overall its been a great experience so far!
This hotel is okay, most of the services are good. But the rooms in general are something else, meaning that it's really bad in my opinion. The couch-bed was really uncomfortable, I could actually feel the mattress springs against my back. The bathroom door was also something else too, like when I close or open the door the door wouldn't completely close at all, and when I lock the door it doesn't even lock at all (anyone in the room could barge inside while you're showering!) But besides the point, the service is okay and the location is okay as it is.
