Room was great. Bar very good. Staff was amazing except for the guy Antonio working the front desk. He was extremely rude and out of line with my wife and I a few times about simple questions. But he was also rude from the first meet when we asked for a room and he said, “no book it online.” Anyway, like I said, the rest of the staff was great and the room was nice.
We had a wonderful weekend in VA Beach and stayed at the Hyatt House. Rooms were great with plenty of amenities. The views and location were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful though out the entire stay. Best of all they are very dog friendly. Saw many many other dogs and our pup had a blast. Can't wait to come back again!
We stayed 1-night at this hotel. It was clean and the free breakfast was great. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely visit again. The parking is just a block away and you can park on 6,7 and 8 floor for $20 a night. The lady at the reception explained the details of the parking well. Make sure you get the room key before you park as you will need it at multiple levels.
