I arrived after spending hours in an airport and an airplane, tired and cranky. For some reason, the lady at the check-in counter couldn't find our room. I was upset and exasperated, as I had made our reservation months earlier. The front desk let the manager on duty, Rodney Lee, know they needed help. He was great and soon had a room for us. Mr. Lee and the rest of the hotel staff made sure our trip to the Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront North was a visit to remember fondly. *EVERYBODY at this hotel was friendly and went out of their way to do whatever was necessary to make guests' stays the best possible!
I have been coming to Va Beach since I was 10 years old. I am now 53 :).
This was our first time staying at your hotel and it was the most wonderful experience. All of the staff were amazing and the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was amazing. Before we arrived, I called down to check on our reservation and the nicest lady named Nazlah helped me figure out a different room that I would need.
She was patient and kind because I had a lot of questions. Anytime we ran into staff in the hallway or the elevators,Everyone greeted us and smiled and asked how our day was going. I even got a text while we were there to make sure everything was OK. I cannot say enough...read full review
We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront North on a holiday weekend. Despite being fully booked, the service was impeccable and friendly, everyone was helpful and everything went smoothly. The room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable with all desired amenities, Safe, fridge, microwave etc. A/C was comfortable and the seating in the balcony allowed a comfortable relaxing way to enjoy watching the sunrise, ocean, beach and boardwalk. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant by enjoyed the breakfast. Definitely recommend because of the location and convenience and comfort.
