I have to say JOSEF'S SALON is the BEST PLACE IN VIRGINIA BEACH VA.... he has done my hair for 30 years and I've always got compliments. Thank you for the memorable moments with all my haircuts so very much appreciate your knowledge of hair that I've learned from you. I will continue to drive 400 miles for that haircut.??

Josef has been cutting my hair for the last 20 years. He and his staff are always accommodating, friendly, and willing to make sure each client is 100% satisfied with the services they offer. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. 5 stars!

Josef and Shawn are very friendly, reliable, and care about you and you hair needs. I have been a client for four years now. They do quality work at fair prices and use quality products. I love the laid back beachy atmosphere and always have a great time while getting my hair done! The past 2 years I have battled breast cancer (and won!!!) Joseph and Shawn have been wonderful to me personally and professionally. Josef offered to come in on his day off to shave my head when my hair was falling out.
