I recently decided to “bite the bullet” and replace the ancient HVAC system I inherited when I moved into my condo a little over a year ago. My daughter recommended Colonial Air Conditioning and Heating Services, Inc., and I have absolutely no regrets choosing them. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience—from the initial contact to the final installation.

On one of the coldest days of the year, the overpriced One Hour system broke down(again)! As always, they do nothing. so we called Colonial A/C and Heating. They sent a man between 2-2:30 as they said. They said the defective one hour gas valve was broken and would have the part and replace it the next morning. By 9:45 AM the part was replaced and the house was was warming up better than One Hour could ever do. I forget the mechanic's name but he was 1st rate! Word of advise...NEVER call One Hour, ALWAYS call Colonial!!!
The team came in on an emergency call assessed the repair needed and was out first thing the next morning. Toughed it out during 100+ degree temps to get my unit working g again. Much appreciated!
