Technician Chandler Nelson did an outstanding job, great customer service. No one from Air Specialty ever insists that you have to buy anything. Mr. Nelson advised me of my options and ordered the part I need.
Yesterday we had new heating & AC units install. We are very happy that we went with Air Specialty. From the time we talked to our sales lady Reyna we knew we had a good company. First of all Reyna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make sure we had the right unit for what we needed. She's went out of her way (even after hours) to talk us through questions and concerns we've had. She's great!! The installation was great! Two young guys Matt and Tanner from beginning to end were very respectful, professional and polite (a rarity to find these days). We had an electrical issue with one of the disconnects outside so they called the office and the Mgr had an electrician...read full review
