These people are not honest. Was told the son of the company did an inspection and he never did. When I called his mom as it’s a family owned business she said he may have gone to the wrong house. Then she said he wasn’t feeling well. 🤨

I purchased a home that they were the existing pest control company for and was liking the service. Had them for a year in a half now. Today was an odd turn I never expected. While I would have rated them well, their rude and uncaring attitude was noted and unappreciated. The elder mother and father run the business and the son is the one that comes out. The son is way easier one to deal with and talk to, but this family is stuck in the past and showed today that they don’t care for those they service. Changing my five star rating to less than a one. We had used them for pest control for several years and had a positive relationship. When we sold our house and bought our new one, we used them for dehumidifier projects for BOTH houses. For our new house, We requested new pest control services again and when they came, Gordon Sr came for some reason and berated my mom over the cheap sunroom that came with the house ( not our fault) and for NOT hiring them to build her barn. It was a Very uncomfortable appointment because of HIM. At some point, that we are not sure of, our dehumidifier quit working, as noted by an electrician doing work ( 6 months after it was installed)....read full review
