“Julia the owner is outstanding both with her technique and customer service and is an expert and true professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. I got my Botox and sculpture done and she did it with minimal discomfort. However, the original injector who I was assigned to, Sally was RUDE, condescending, CRUEL to put it bluntly. She refused to give me topical numbing to make me comfortable and I finally HAD it when she refused to give an ice pack and a stress ball. I think she is mentally imbalanced the way she talked and argued with me. I had my service dog with me and sally was also mean and irritated with my dog and asked me to leave my poor baby in the car which I obliged. She also accused me of lying when I told her I had seen Julia before and she gave me all three to make me comfortable. She started questioning when was that? She claimed NOBODY in this area gives those three items to make the patient comfortable. I have NEVER had this kind of cruel, callous, rude treatment from a medical care provider not to mention she is mean to animals. I hope aura Medspa doesn’t let her do any more injectables. I finally put my foot down and asked for Julia. And was relieved ? to see Julia who is OUTSTANDING and finished the job. I brought my dog before with Julia who was nothing but, sweet to him.“

“I transferred to the Vienna branch since my deep tissue massage therapist suddenly passed away in another branch and no one else there was as skilled or available for weekend appointments. Vienna was able to set up appointment within same week and later that evening if I wished. They scheduled me with Mouaad who I saw got positive reviews from other customers and it was no lie. As I have a very sensitive neck where previous inexperienced massage therapists would leave me in pain the next day, Moad was great. He asks numerous times if the pressure is ok and he really does deep tissue. I feel the knots melt away immediately and I want to fall asleep but we always end up having fun conversations too so an hour goes by so quickly. He works weekends and has Monday and Tuesdays off so perfect for people who have full time jobs. I also like this location as the staff does not try to push the enhancements and products like the other branch does. I also like the promotions this store offers which was not what the other location had even though it is the same owner. Vienna is now my go too place and the parking is much better here too!I just got a free half hour stretch session with Rasheed and through a promo with gift card purchase I got two full hour stretch sessions. What I will say is the full hour stretch sessions are much more effective than the intro one. Rasheed has a great sense of humor when you are close to your limit and he is always asking whether the stretch is affecting the correct muscle part and if it is you want to stop or take it a little deeper. One hour stretch has so many more offerings than the 30 minute and way more than I get from physical therapy. I got such a workout from stretching l, my muscles were sore the next day and I came home and had to take a nap. It feels great to have your muscles like jello after each session when they were supper tight going in. For all the naysayers out there I challenge you to do a full hour session with Rasheed and then feel free to make your comments on social media.“
