Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services, providing an important part of total body wellness. The staff is known for their professionalism and friendliness, starting from the front desk where staff helps clients with their preferences, to the therapists who use their expertise to address specific concerns. The environment is calming, with spa music during massages and attentive service to ensure comfort.
Mr. Wei Li, one of the massage therapists, is particularly praised for his effective approach, using acupressure points to target tightness and stress in the body. His technique leaves clients feeling more relaxed and with an improved mood. Wei's massages are deeper and really help get the knots out of the back, making the experience highly satisfying for those with memberships.
Hengameh, another therapist, provides facials that leave clients' faces feeling refreshed. Rasheed offers stretch sessions that are always fantastic. Despite being young, Rasheed is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He introduces new stretches regularly, making each session fresh and never boring. Rasheed explains each stretch clearly so clients know what to expect, and his sense of humor adds to the positive experience.
Wei was also appreciated for his massages, which are deep and effective. Clients with memberships often return regularly, valuing the good benefits and relaxing environment. Overall, Massage Envy is a great place for those seeking to improve their total body wellness and enjoy a calming experience.
Stretch sessions with Rasheed are always fantastic. He may be young but he is very knowledgeable and thorough. His continual research means he introduces new stretches on a regular basis so each session is fresh and never boring. Rasheed is friendly and outgoing with a nice sense of humor. He explains each stretch as we go so I know what to expect. I highly recommend stretch sessions in general and Rasheed in particular.
Wei was very good. His massages are a bit deeper and really get the knots out of my back. I have the membership so essentially I pay for 1 massages a month of $80. I had not been in 2 months so I used the credits and just paid for tip.
The only downside is whatever store next door started playing loud music at the end.
Adriana was wonderful. She asked what areas of my body needed work & listened to what areas to avoid. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughtout the massage. I've already booked another session with her.
