Julia the owner is outstanding both with her technique and customer service and is an expert and true professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. I got my Botox and sculpture done and she did it with minimal discomfort. However, the original injector who I was assigned to, Sally was RUDE, condescending, CRUEL to put it bluntly. She refused to give me topical numbing to make me comfortable and I finally HAD it when she refused to give an ice pack and a stress ball. Love Liz, Julia, and the Aura team. Truly amazing folks and masters at their craft! I come here for a few different things and have loved the outcome of every experience. It’s never been that kind of feeling when you leave where you wish it was like this or it was almost like what you wanted. It’s been perfect every time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of their injectors are RNs so you feel safer with that medical background, they’re incredibly knowledgeable and take their time going through each process and explaining everything so you’re able to comfortably go through your appointment. My first facial ever, yes I know men problems. The experience I had here with Laureen is going to make me add facials to my self care routine permanently. She is very friendly, explains everything in detail which keeps you comfortable the whole time especially if it’s your first time and you’re a bit hesitant. The vibe is great too, great taste in music, coffee and water available. Very well kept and nice decor. Thank you so much again Laureen for making my first facial and certainly won’t be the last, an amazing experience!
